1. Company & Business ScopeWe are a professional supplier specializing in wholesale & custom kids party costumes, cosplay outfits, ski wear, outdoor jackets and sportswear for global export. All orders are mainly for business wholesale and OEM/ODM customization.

2. Order & QuotationAll prices are quoted in USD, excluding shipping cost and import duty.Quotation is valid for 7 working days.Custom orders follow MOQ, sample confirmation and production arrangement.

3. Payment TermsWe accept bank transfer and other official business payment methods.Order production will start only after receiving confirmed deposit or full payment.

4. Production & Lead TimeReady goods: Shipment within 3–5 working days.Custom OEM/ODM orders: Production lead time 15–60 working days, depends on quantity and design complexity.

5. Shipping & DeliveryWe support EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP trade terms.Shipping by express, air freight or sea freight as customer’s choice.Delivery time is estimated and not 100% guaranteed due to international logistics delay.

6. Sample & Custom DesignCustom sample cost and freight are borne by buyer.Mass production will follow confirmed sample; any later modification will cause extra cost and time delay.

7. Return & RefundNo free return for custom made goods unless quality problem from our side.For defective goods, we only accept compensation, re-production or partial refund after official confirmation.Buyer is responsible for local import tax, duty and customs clearance fee.
